             Packia selvam 21 yrs primigravida with juvenile DM since 16 yrs underwent amputation of 2nd toe right leg before 5 month now admitted with h/o 4 MA  and Diabetes ketoacidosis(blood sugar )f – 230mg pp-245mg BP-120/70mmHg She went in for acute renal shut down .since dialysis unit not functioning patient transferred to TVMCH Nephrology unit – doing well

Rathika 23 yrs primi with H/o 6 MA admitted with H/o fits 4 times from 14/11/2012  in a unconscious state febrile her BP 140/90 urine alb-nil LFT-normal platelets 1.7lakhs fundus –normal study she was started with magso4 regimen and anti HT and  got Neuro physician opinion and he wanted MRI for further management patient referred to TVMCH for want of MRI – Doing well.

Shanthi 25 yrs P1L1 delivered at Ervadi PHC on 2/12/12 admitted with c/o weakness of left lower & upper limb aphasic and disoriented on 18/12/12   CVT / ICH patient referred to TVMCH 19/12/12 at 1.35am for want of  MRI. patient died after 5 days due to massive cerebral haemorrhage.
